Print out this list below, find each item in a window of a business/merchant/nonprofit in Downtown La Grande, write in your answer and either bring the completed sheet to the La Grande Main Street Downtown office at 102 Depot Street (if we are not open, you can slide it in the mail slot underneath the window on the door) or scan it, attach it to an email, and send it to lgmsdsocial@gmail.com.
